Lots of new changes in the GMC and here are some of the details. BIDA will continue to fight for the justice for International Medical Graduates (IMGs).

Recently, our National Vice-Chairman, Umesh Prabhu has written to the newly formed Medical Leadership Faculty and Academy saying that it is simply not acceptable to have the academy made up of only ‘White colleagues when 40% of doctors are from BME background.

BIDA is now working with many other BME leaders to address this anomaly.
